Review on the differences between office365.com and Google apps online exchange email.

Customer service:
Google Apps, call tech support and they will assign a case number and have a tech call you back in 24hrs.
Office35: Call tech support and they will assign a case number then transfer you to a tech.

Interface:
Google Apps web interface: looks just like Gmail.
Office365 web interface: Looks just like Outlook.

Contacts:
Google Apps: Contacts are all in one folder, groups can be assigned but do not sync with Outlook. Contacts can be rolled back to previous version from 10 minutes ago to a week ago.
Office35: Contacts can be assigned to groups and sync with Outlook.

Calender:
Google Apps: Calenders can be viewed or synced between other users.
Office365: Calenders can be viewed or synced between other users.

Costs:
Google Apps: $4.20/email a month, secure Vault $10/email a month
Office365: $4.20/email a month, Kiosk account $2/email, many other options and features inc file sharing and Lyncs.

My preference is Office365, mainly because of the tech support, also syncing of contact groups and web interface looks like Outlook.
